A regular meeting of the Python Software Foundation ("PSF") Board of Directors was held over Group Conference Call via phone and Internet Relay Chat/Slack beginning at 14:00 UTC, on February 14, 2024. Olivia Sauls took notes/minutes.

All votes are reported in the form "Y-N-A" (in favor-Y‚opposed-N‚abstentions-A; e.g. "5-1-2" means "5 in favor, 1 opposed, and 2 abstentions").

1   Attendance

The following members of the Board of Directors (11 of 12) were present at the meeting: Deb Nicholson, Débora Azevedo, Dawn Wages, Tania Allard, Denny Perez, Cheuk Ting Ho, Christopher Neugebauer, Georgi Ker, Kushal Das, Jannis Leidel. KwonHan Bae joined the meeting at 14:16 UTC. Jannis Leidel and Kushal Das left the meeting at 15:30 UTC.

Marie Nordin (Community Communications Manager), Loren Crarey (Director of Resource Development), Mike Fiedler (PyPI Safety and Security Engineer) , Joe Carey (Accounting Manager), Ee W. Durbin III (Director of Infrastructure), Laura Graves (Senior Accountant), Seth Larson (Python Security Developer in Residence), Olivia Sauls (Program Director) were also in attendance.
