      Agata Skamruk is an experienced Tech Community Leader, Software Developer, and Educator with a proven track record of building, scaling, and nurturing inclusive developer ecosystems. As the main organizer of the PyCode Conference and a key leader within initiatives like PyLadies Poland and Women in Technology, she has successfully driven engagement, fostered strategic partnerships, and created impactful technical programming for thousands of tech professionals.

      Beyond her community leadership, Agata brings deep technical credibility and operational expertise. She is the founder and Editor-in-Chief of OSWorld.pl (an open-source portal), CEO of Code Squat, and an IT Educator. Her background spans software development and conducting academic research on digital safety.

      As a candidate for the PSF Board of Directors, Agata combines hands-on engineering experience with a strategic vision for developer relations, member engagement, and community-led growth. She thrives at the intersection of technical strategy, advocacy, and community building.
