Requirements

• Strong Python backend experience with at least one major framework (Django preferred; FastAPI or Flask acceptable).
• Strong background in API design and backend architecture.
• Experience building and maintaining large-scale applications.
• Excellence in database design, optimization, and data migrations.
• Ability to model complex business processes into elegant data structures.
• Comfort owning projects from start to finish.
• Detail-oriented with a systematic approach to problem-solving.
• Clear written communicator with a strong preference for email over meetings
• Regular, effective use of AI tools to work faster and smarter
• Portfolio demonstrating structured, high-quality work

Bonus points:

• Experience building AI-powered tools (RAG, LLMs, etc.)
• Experience building ERP or CRM systems
• Business process automation experience
• Data integration and ETL knowledge
• Familiarity with React or Next.js
• Mad /giphy skills on Slack (or a desire to learn)
