    Job Description

    In this role, I will expect you to:

    • Develop scalable AI/ML models and systems leveraging cutting-edge technologies.
    • Engage in project-specific Scrum rituals, including stand-ups, grooming sessions, planning, and retrospectives.
    • Collaborate with AI Scientists, ML Engineers, Product Managers, and Architects to develop leading AI solutions.
    • Design and develop data pipelines, model training/inference services, and data storage solutions.
    • Advocate for and implement best practices and patterns in software development.
    • Promote MLOps practices for model versioning, deployment, and monitoring.
    • Conduct research to explore and evaluate new technologies.
    • Mentor new developers and support cross-functional role integration.

    Requirements

    We are looking for candidates with the following qualifications:

    • A minimum of 7 years of professional experience in Python software development.
    • Extensive familiarity with core AI/ML libraries such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn, Pandas, and XGBoost.
    • Proven experience with Python RESTful APIs using FastAPI, enabling effective communication between backend systems and applications.
    • Experience working with relational and/or NoSQL databases like SQL, Google Firestore, or Azure Cosmos DB.
    • A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
    • Proven ability to build and deploy machine learning models in a production setting.
    • Capacity to work effectively with limited guidance in a collaborative team environment.
    • Expert knowledge in object-oriented programming.
    • This role requires on-site presence.
