[Spambayes] Nothing IN Troubleshooting

Hi Again -- it's me, tearing my hair out.
There is NOTHING in Troubleshooting that deals with disappearing buttons, or
at least I cannot see what to do from anything I see there.
Would one of you be willing to provide me with a ph # and talk me thru some
attempts to correct this?  I'm willing to pay SOMETHING. . . maybe $15????
