[PSF-Community] Tutorial Proposal - Submission Deadline

Hello,

Sorry to hear that you both missed the deadline.  Unfortunately we are
unable to extend the deadline for tutorial submissions.

Be sure to submit proposals for talks by December 20, 2019.
