[Doc-SIG] Fwd: Getting translations from pootle.python.org

I was able to merge Python 3.1 translations to existing translations, using
this script:

https://github.com/m-aciek/pootle-python-org-backup/blob/master/merge.py

I upload merged PO files to Transifex using transifex-client.
