[Borgbackup] With the suggested server setup, how does a user list all repositories?

Guess the answer is that borg does not really care for managing stuff 
above the repository directory level.

If you have shell access, you can of course just look around manually.

You can delete a repo using "borg delete REPO" with REPO being the repo 
path or URL.
