[Borgbackup] With the suggested server setup, how does a user list all repositories?

With the suggested setup for a Borg server [0], a user can create 
multiple repositories. Once created, it seems the repositories are 
invisible to the user, who can use them only by remembering their names. 
How can a user see what repositories exist? (Also, how can a repository 
be deleted?)
