Many years ago standard SGML courses used the recipe as a learning
exercise.  Maybe someone who took one of these courses has their
recipe DTD lieing around (unfortunately I took my first SGML
course while working for DoD - so our exercise was a tech manual |-).

However, a cookbook DTD is a great idea.  If you are like me, you
have tons of cookbooks and the ones from church and civic organizations
are my favorites.  A lot of organizations write them as fund raiser.
