SciPy (https://www.scipy.org/) will provide a linear regression for
you. In particular, see
https://docs.scipy.org/doc/scipy/reference/generated/scipy.stats.linregress.html

Matplotlib (https://matplotlib.org/) is a good tool for plotting graphs.

I suggest starting with those.
