Right. For example, pip dropped support for Python 3.2 last week. So if 
you need to install it make sure you do it via:

curl https://bootstrap.pypa.io/3.2/get-pip.py | python3.2

see: https://github.com/pypa/get-pip

then ignore the upgrade advice because pip versions 8.0.0 and above will 
not work for you.
