We are looking for a temporary contractor to help with a project here.
Must be local to Westchester County, NY, USA. No telecommuting. No
recruiters, please.

Job type: contractor
Length: 3 months

Required: Experience in Visual C++ and Python, object-oriented
programming on Windows platform. Strong analytical skills. SQL Server
or other database server. Excel VBA programming. Experience in
webserver or application server.

Pluses: Experience in statistics, or Monte Carlo simulation. Internet
programming experience (TCP/IP, HTTP protocol, RPC, socket
programming.) Networking. Linux box setup. Linux programming
experience. COM interfacing with Access/Excel. Source code revision
control systems. Bug report database. InstallShield or InnoSetup.
Technical writing.
