Personally, I think the PHP language itself is fugly. Somehow it manages to
inherit the worst of C and Perl, namely the fetish with
$(excessive->punctuation{characters});
However, PHP was made for HTML, is well supported and is easily inlined in
HTML whereas, AFAIK, Python pages have to be entirely Python.
Unless you're writing a major web application, use PHP.
