New Python WebMail app

I'm all for standards...and no lover of Microsoft (which is why GoMail was
written in Python to begin with!), but I think that some form (no pun
intended) of rich text editing capability is long overdue for the HTML spec.
Having said that, I've spent more time developing than pouring through the
official HTML standards...experience over study? Time to dig into the docs I
guess...
