[Off topic] allowed to put Python material on the Web?

Thanks for all your input.
So, if I understand this correctly, I can use the excellent material
from this newsgroup on my website on the following conditions :
1) ask the author permission to do so
2) give full detail of who actually gave the answer to a question
3) I will not use the material for commercial use, nor will I
sell the information to others or publish it in a magazine.
Those were my intentions before starting this little project, but I
wanted to make sure I am on the right track.
The site I want to bring up is at

and has no banners/adds whatsoever. I can change the last part of the
URL into something more readable, though.
If you think that I missed something here, please feel free to add
your comments/remarks.
