[Pycon-openspaces] Open space idea

Those sound like great open spaces topics! We'll put out poster boards with
a schedule grid at the conference near the registration desk, with
notecards for attendees to  schedule open spaces events in person (and on
the Twitter bot) only after the conference has begun.
