Yes. This notice is sent daily to the list's owners and moderators. If
you just added your email address as a moderator, that's why you started
seeing these.

The question is are these the same 4 requests daily? if so, just deal
with them via the admindb UI. Once they have been
accepted/rejected/discarded and are gone from the admindb UI, you will
no longer be notified.

If on the other hand, you are dealing with the posts and the next day,
there are new ones, this is expected behavior. As long as there are
outstanding requests, you will receive a notice about them.
