	FAQ 3.11 details the standard trouble-shooting techniques to 
follow when trying to figure out what is wrong with your system. 
However, a lot of these steps assume you have direct command-line 
access to the server where Mailman is running.

	FAQs 1.22 and 1.23 give you the instructions to follow when you 
want to ask questions on this list.

	Unfortunately, given that you're using Mailman via CPanel, 
there's not much more help we're likely to be able to give to you.
