There is, as I understand it, an updated mailman-2.1.2 for cPanel that
fixes this real_name problem.  Your host should look into installing
them.

I have no clue.  Obviously, the many hosts running cPanel aren't too
concerned about paying cPanel for open source software which cPanel
breaks in various ways, abuses the license of, and doesn't respond to
requests to comply with the license and provide a link to the changes
they've made.  So perhaps they are either clueless or just uncaring.
I don't know.  I'm about to move the last remaining lists I have on any
cPanel hosted sites and will then be done completely with anything
cPanel related.  Good riddance to them as far as I'm concerned.
