Hello Felipe,
This problem bothers me also but seems not mailman's guys.
Personally i intend to look for a solution into MS Exchange using.
This way i will get perfect view and search.
It's true that i can't configure it by flat text files but it's made.
I like the idea of open source projects but the make usually limp.
