[Mailman-Users] Undelivered Mail Returned to Sender (fwd)

Hi,
I posted a message to a brand new list
and I received this error back.
I don't understand if this means that I have to resend the message
to the list or not.
I don't understand if this is an error message related to a subscriber
or if it is related to the whole list (that means: the message hasn't
been mailed to the whole list).
