[Mailman-Users] Command died with status 2

Now ages ago I saw this post go by, and this error just started when I
built a new list and postalias'd it.  I cannot for the life of me remember
when I saw this error on the list but the archives being nonsearchable
makes it difficult to find a solution.

Running Postfix, Alias: DBM
