[Mailman-Developers] sync_members error

Dear Developers,

When I tried to update using "cvs update", "make install" the update 
would not finish because of missing files or directories ( I think it 
was no/... and ja/...). Therefore I did a "cvs co mailman" into a new 
directory and installed that into a new directory (config 
--with-cgi-gid=nobody; make; make install; check_perms -f). I made a new 
test-list and now wanted to populate it with the old members and got:

> sync_members -f /usr/local/mailman.old/test.members test              
Traceback (most recent call last):
  File "sync_members", line 250, in ?
    main()
  File "sync_members", line 184, in main
    filemembers = Utils.ParseAddrs(filemembers)
AttributeError: 'Mailman.Utils' module has no attribute 'ParseAddrs'

What am I doing wrong?
I am using python 2.1 with mimelib 0.4.
