[Edu-sig] URNER (/sigs/edu-sig) signing off (temporary?)

Well, easier said than done.  Upon posting last night's memo, I went to the
pydotorg web site and signed off.  That forwarded something (I don't think
to me) for approval.  In the meantime, the spams keep raining in.
