[Python Wpg] 1st year python course at the U of M

The traditional intro programming courses at the University of Manitoba 
are COMP 1010 and 1020 and are in Java.

Engineers, management information systems, and students from some 
science programs (genetics is one that I recall) have to take the 101 
course.

Now they seem to have an alternative in place for engineers and 
scientists, a new intro course that's an acceptable substitute for 1010 
called Computing Programming For Scientists and Engineers, COMP 1012:
