[Python Wpg] code from June 26

Some of the code shown on the June 26 meeting is here.

Missing are the bindings I wrote use pysces, (gnucash, glib, mdbtools),
planning to get around to posting them sometime too.

I've been looking at SWIG, it's a better choice then pysces. Perhaps a
presentation on it can be extracted from me when I switch to it.
