Just inherit as usual

class MyNewWidget(ListBox):
   ...

will subclass the Tkinter LIstBox widget.

There is no such beast in Tkinter but the PMW free add-on 
widget set has a ComboBox widget.

There is no DataGrid available so far as I know, you have to
use a normal grid and fill the data yourself. PMW also has 
a basic grid for Tkinter I believe.
