[Spambayes] remove spambayes

i tried spambayes and decided to remove it for now as i need to train it
better the next time, but when i removed it using win xp add remove programs
the spambayes toolbar was still in outlook.  i can right click and uncheck
the toolbar but it is still there as an option.  how can it be removed?
