[Spambayes] Trouble loading Outlook 2003

Hello,

 

I am having trouble loading SpamBayes in Outlook 2003.

 

All virus protection is off. All other startups are disabled, except the
bare necessities.

 

The program gets to a point in which it then errors out with the following
message: 

 

            C:\program files\SpamBayes\Outlook Addin\Spambayes_addin.dll

            Unable to register the DLL?OCX:RegisterServer
failed:code0X00000000

 

 

Any suggestions?
