[Spambayes] 'Delete As Spam' button not working...

When I select a message in the Inbox and click on the 'Delete As Spam'
button nothing happens.

I've tried reinstalling twice...

Windows XP Pro
Outlook XP SP2 Build 4712

Any ideas?
