This seems a reasonable request.  It would be better if it 
could somehow move the messages back to wherever 
they came from, but I don't see any way of doing that.

Done in imapfilter 1.49

There are two new options, one for ham and one for spam.  If 
they are set with the name of a folder then trained messages 
will be moved into that folder.

Note that if you have several folders that include mail to be 
trained, mail from all the folders will end up in the same 
folder.  This has the potential to confuse people (and I don't 
see an easy way out of it), so this option isn't exposed via 
the ui, you'll have to edit the config file manually to use it.

Let me know if anything needs changing.
