[Soc2015-general] Where do I start?

Hello everyone,

I am Samantha from Brazil, I am a 2nd year CS undergraduate from UFCG.
Well, this seems like a common confusion where to start from. I want to get
in gsoc with PSF. Do anyone of you have any idea where we can find bugs
which are good for newbies?
