[Scipy-organizers] Adding tutorials to my registration

Hi all,

I dug through my spam folder and found the email from the 19th and sent a
reply. Check with Leah to make sure replies to the post don't get tagged as
spam. I'm worried that if the message to me was tagged as spam that the
reply back might be as well.
