I was still using v0.8 chm on the desktop and the online docs for updates.

However, it looks like the htmlhelp builds without errors, although
with 1506 warnings.

I only have scipy 0.12.rc1 on the path of my working python right now.

Based on a quick look it looks ok.

If there is demand, then I can try to do it properly
(as a quick try, I used a master checkout of the docs directory, but
the old installed scipy version).
