[SciPy-Dev] Code-block font on documentation

Hello SciPy guys,

The new documentation is great. One problem I have is the font in the code
blocks--they are too light against that light-green background. Very small
change, but I look at SciPy docs tens of times a day, so it was something I
noticed. Perhaps a bolder font would make it more readable, but I think
just making it darker should be good.

Let me know what you all think.
