[SciPy-Dev] Sparse grid codes.

Hello again,

I got really busy with work as soon as I proposed putting sparse grid 
codes into scipy.integrate, so I was a little slow off the blocks. I've 
started in earnest tonight and hope to have isotropic Clenshaw-Curtis up 
and running this weekend and Gaussian sparse grids shortly after that.  
I've setup a fork at

git://github.com/cmiller730/scipy.git

I'll probably put in a pull request once isotropic CC and Gaussian grids 
are working.
