[SciPy-dev] status of splinalg

[Matthieu Brucher]

Is it possible to remove the ARPACK before the name of the functions in the
package ? Perhaps it would be a good time to design a common interface
between arpack and lobcg ?

Thanks for the updates, I'll try to use tomorrow :)
