Hi,

would it be possible to add restructured text support for the new
http://new.scipy.org/Wiki/ ?

According to
  http://moinmoin.wikiwikiweb.de/HelpOnParsers/ReStructuredText
the `ReStructuredText Parser` is part of MoinMoin >=1.3.2
(and can be used in all versions of MoinMoin 1.2.X and 1.3.X).
So it only needs the "Python docutils package
(0.4.0 or newer, or a recent 0.3.10 snapshot)".

I am eager to contribute, but all my notes are in ReSt
