[SciPy-dev] New beta released

I made a new beta release (I tagged the svn tree this time.. beta-0.4.2  
under tags).

I have not made a windows binary, because it's not working on my 
system.  My system is giving me strange errors and I don't trust it.   
The last windows binary I made was hanging under PythonWin.

Is there anybody who can compile under windows and try out the binary?
