I'm pretty sure that all of them except for scipy and possibly 
fftw_win32 and xml_installer can be dumped. agg2 and PyCrust are 
essentially obsolete copies of 3rd-party sources. freetype2 is now part 
of the enthought package. I'm guessing (without checking) that the other 
freetype2 repository was another one of those obsolete copies of the 
3rd-party FreeType distribution. We might want to keep around the CVS 
history archived somewhere, but keeping the old stuff around is just 
going to confuse people. Having them in the CVS repositories certainly did.
