[SciPy-dev] MCMC, Kalman Filtering, AI for SciPy?

So, returning to the original subject of this thread, has anyone had a 
chance to take a peek at PyMC, to assess whether it is something that 
SciPy would benefit from having? The response has been positive so far, 
so if integration of the MCMC, KF and RL modules from PyMC was to 
occur, what would be the initial steps toward this? I assume this would 
occur after the move to SVN, reorganization, etc.
