[PythonCE] self-installing executable for PocketPC?

I have the occasional utility that I have developed in Python that I would
like to run on my iPAQ. But I am not interested in doing Python development
on the iPAQ and would prefer not to have to install a full 7 megabytes on
it.

Is there a package for creating self-installing apps for PPC similar to the
one described at http://www.mcmillan-inc.com/install1.html  ?

Barring that, is there anywhere a duffer could get advice on using some of
those tools to figure what must go to the PocketPC and what can be omitted?
