[PythonCAD] Scale?

It seems to work for me.  I am using the most recent svn version,
2038.

There is a little buglet with that pref item: if you type ".01", then
the "." char doesn't get typed (or input).  However, if you type
"0.01", then everything is groovy. 

I have no idea what's up with that.
