[PythonCAD] GTK installation path

I'm having trouble getting pythonCAD to start in Windows because it can't
find a GTK library (new installation). pyGTK is in the python directory
(/lib/site-packages), and the installation of GTK put it somewhere in the
Program Files directory. Has anyone had this problem? I think I need to
either install GTK in a different directory or put in a PATH variable?
