[python-win32] Re: Error with PyWinTypes22.dll

This is due to a version mismatch between Pywintypes22.dll and win32api.pyd.
Try doing a complete uninstall/reinstall of the windows extensions, and check
that you don't have an extra version of either of those files left anywhere.
