Little Hint:
Wise Install Manager, Inno-Installer (Freeware), MSI (Microsoft).
With this tools, it's no problem to install any software and ODBC-DSNs.
You can also uninstall software-packages (Control Panel -> software).
Perhaps, are these problems two different problems? ;-)
