[python-win32] Installing Build 202 with Python 2.4a1

I got the same problem. Haven't had a chance to look into it yet.

Having said that, thanks to Mark for putting out a 2.4 build - without
pywin32, I wouldn't be able to even consider doing any serious testing
of 2.4...
