[Python-porting] Is this the best place for Python 3 porting discussions?

Here's me asking 1 question 3 times:

What is the difference between the official
http://docs.python.org/howto/pyporting.html and
http://python3porting.com/? Do they complement each other, or are they
largely duplicates? Which to choose?
