No, that doesn't make me happy at all.  Quite the contrary.  It's good to
know it, though -- and isn't it just *nice* when someone answers your
question <wink>?  Thank you.

I know negotiations are still ongoing, but the principals have been "out of
town" a lot lately so it's proceeding at an even more glacial pace than
usual.  Wish I knew more!

Last night I went thru every msg ever posted on this topic (didn't finish
until 7am!), trying to extract the specific questions that have been asked.
Guido and I will work those into a License FAQ, and invite CNRI to help
provide answers.  I don't see another realistic hope of getting reliable
info to the community.  If CNRI chooses to play along, that should help a
lot; else it will just be a list of raw questions, as we can't legally make
any representations on CNRI's behalf.  I bet this will take at least two
weeks too.
